We loved the vegetarian risotto with fried eggplant. The ceviche and pasta were great as well. We took the early bus to Machu Picchu then hiked down. All us wanted to go back to Ponchos for lunch and beers! Yurema took care of us both nights and was very attentive. There are so many restaurants on AC that it's difficult to decide we're to go. IMO you cannot go wrong with Ponchos!
