Langyah Syabas Beach Resort
Stayed: 26th November - 1st December 2017.

*** Complex ***
On the Beach however we were quite upset about the Pollution.
The Hotel clears the Rubbish just outside the front bit of the Beach for Hotel users though.
24 Hour Security
Wonderful Resort
30 minutes to the Airport
25 minutes to the City of Kota Kinabalu
2 Swimming Pools cleaned regularly with Free Sun Loungers & Tables
Little Shop
Great Restaurant with Sofas to relax next to the Christmas Tree

*** The Staff and Lisa ***
Very welcoming and anything they could do to make our stay better, they did!
Cleaners were lovely.

*** The Restaurant ***
A little pricey however good selection of food.
The Bouillabaisse was delicious with Big Claws and lots of Fish, however the Seafood Pasta was a little bland.
The Beef Burger was very Good.
Breakfast was the same every morning so after 4 days definitely got boring.
Cereals, Fruit, Pancakes, Salads, Noodles, Vegetables, Chicken Sausages, Baked Beans, Toast, and you order eggs how you like them.
Juice and Tea/Coffee.

Booked in a Standard Chalet however we were Upgraded to a Superior Chalet
Clean Bathroom needs some attention though

Outside Table with 3 Chairs

Clean Warm Shower with OK Pressure
TV Aerial was a bit dodgy though

Quiet location not within walking distance to much at all.
Petrol Station with Drinks and Snacks 300m walk.
There is a Wonderful Restaurant out of the hotel on the left about 500m walk. Called D'Soka.
Cabs are cheap enough though to get to the busy areas.
25 Minutes to Kota Kinabalu City Centre.

It was a Great Hotel and Resort just needs more attention to the little things.

    BEST PRIVATE LOCATION!!

    I was attending my bff wedding..

    It was beautifully decorated, ambience and how lovely and helpful the staff are. Love the breeze and the food..

    The room was clean and neat..the swimming pool are awesome. We had our room just in front of the pool. There another small pool which suitable for birthday party...

    Love how your sales staff makes everything perfect on that day. The music played well...the table arrangement...

    Great for any outdoor event!

    We sure will come back for more...

    About the food!

    Visiting this resort today for dinner with family's.sadly the taste of food really not ok.please upgrade ur chef to real chef.mushroom soup too light,spaghetti bolognese sauce like soup but the environment really nice.the security not friendly.

    Quiet, secluded, at ease

    Chalet is infront of a pool. Also have chalet infront of sea view. Room was fantastic, considering it has both fan ceiling and aircon, mini refrigerator and tv. But I'm a bit disappointed about the bathroom, it was quite small and the space to shower is limited, shower space have no door only a curtain, when you bathes the water splash to outer area and the curtain bother you. But so far so good. 😂 I recommend this place to those who wants to 'santai' cuz it always jammed when you want to go to KK. 😂

    Beautiful

    Spent 2 nights here. Staff were amazing room was perfect straight onto the pool with the ocean a few steps away.
    We are in the restaurant both nights and they sure can make a fantastic Singapore Sling. Food was great fresh and tasty.

    Better places around

    The rooms itself were good size and comfortable (although beds were rock hard) especially the newer ones - rooms 20 to 25 - close to a clean pool. Hotel staff very friendly but that is where it ended.
    1.The breakfasts were terrible - probably the worst that I have experienced - same every day - no variation at all.
    2.Wifi also slow and unreliable.
    3. Very remote to anything - Add to restaurants, cafes, etc - about 25-30 minutes from CBD
    4. I wouldn't swim in the beach water although they did make an effort to clean the surrounds.
    I wouldn't recommend staying here - much better value right in the centre of CBD.
