A great return visit, since the hotel returned to normal operation after housing illegal immigrants for some considerable time. Our room on the ground floor had two king size beds (we were a family of 3) and had benefited from refurbishment. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the hotel us very close to the terminals. We walked to T2 with cases and it took 15 minutes and would take considerably less to T1 and T3. We were dropped off by taxi and I noted all the car parking spaces were full, so if arriving by car and wanting to park (chargeable) it might be awkward. Checking in and out were both super efficient, but the highlight for us was the reopening of Sampans fusion restaurant. We had a great meal there. We would return and can recommend to others.

Stayed overnight prior to our holiday, first time since the hotel refurbishment. After using twilight check in with Easy Jet - T1. We walked to hotel short walk with small hand luggage. Check in fast and well informed. Room fine two doubles and everything we needed for a night stay. Used club lounge canapies and drinks friendly service. Went to restaurant small starters as did not need much. Up early so no breakfast we walked to terminal from hotel and went straight through security.

Room was OK. Check in was a nightmare took far too long moving us across different desks to self service car park validation which didn't work so we get moved again. Whole check in took about 20 mins. Food and drink are ridiculously overpriced. Very cramped car park and struggled to get a space despite booking parking with hotel and it seems car was moved offsite while we were away so my seat settings and mirrors have all been messed with. Shuttle service took us to terminal at 430am yet wouldn't pick us up at 10pm as it was stopped at 9pm. We weren't told this when booking despite us making them aware our flight landed at 930pm at check in, we were only made aware when calling the hotel after we couldn't find our shuttle. Ended up paying £11 for a taxi.
