Fantastic fleet of beautifully maintained Norfolk Broads yachts to sail on. Staff were very freindly, and everything was ready for us when we arrived. Our yacht "Tornado" was in excellent condition and had been thoroughly cleaned too. She sailed very nicely, and all in all we had an absolutely fantastic week on the beautiful Norfolk Broads. We thoroughly recommend using Eastwood Whelpton for a sailing holiday on the Broads.

My wife and I have just returned from a week sailing on the beautiful Norfolk Broads, we hired a yacht from Eastwood Whelpton. With the Covid-19 it was still like being in a bubble but in a lovely place, the team at the boat yard were so prepared with a email a couple of days prior with all the info needed and instructions on their Covid protections and procedures.
The boat was prefect for us, a lovely welcome pack and the handover chap was professional and funny which made it even more relaxing.
Once out on the rivers it was so relaxing. There were pubs open for drink and food, so evenings were relaxing too. After having two holidays cancelled abroad this was just prefect.
Thank you Norfolk Broads and a huge thank you Eastwood Whelptons we WILL be back.

The team at Eastwood Whelpton and a lucky run of weather made our week afloat memorable. The little extras on board were greatly appreciated. We were sad to hand our yacht back at week’s end and will certainly return for more holidays in the future. To sailors considering a yacht charter on the Norfolk Broads, look no further.

I visited Eastwood Whelpton for an afternoon taster sail with 3 friends (we're all beginners) and we had a fantastic time! Communication was informative from the start via email while we were planning the trip and the staff we met were all very welcoming and friendly on the day.
Graham took us out and taught us the basics while having us laughing with his stories!
Nearby there's a pub nearby serving tasty large portions and some of the local residents selling jams, veg and plants out front of their homes which was sweet!
The Broads are beautiful, thanks for the great experience and hopefully we'll be back for a longer trip next time!

Staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Excellent advice given. No hidden extras - gas and diesel included in the price, as was small grocery starter pack. Bermudan rig boat was very easy to sail, engine always started reliably. Hot water system worked well. Our boat, Fair Wind, was one of the smallest in the range. I am 6'2" and found the double bed too short so one of us had to sleep in the cabin. Also, taking a shower was quite cramped. That said, we both enjoyed the holiday very much.
