With Sushi San your meal is always prepared while you wait, and the shear trafic of customers (incl. take away) ensures, that every bit of sushi virtually just stpped wriggeling seconds before the fish is joined with the rice.
The staff is friendly, and the open kitchen lets you see the the sushi chefs prepare your food, while you wait: You might even learn a trick or two.
No alcohol is served, but for take away Kirin Ichiban and Sapporo are in stock. For seated customers the Japanese Ramune sodas are a quaint little turn, with their odd bottles and opening system.
