This was our last stop on the wine route before heading home. We really enjoyed their unique selection of wine and ciders. We appreciated that you could try the ciders before purchase as well. We were also the only ones there at this time of year so we had a very personal experience. Their restaurant was still closed (opening soon) but they do offer some baked goods and soups. They have a shop with gifts and jams/food available as well.

Puddicombe has some great fruit wines, ciders as well as regular wines. They have quite a large selection of wines. Friendly helpful staff. They have a small market with seasonal fruits which are grown on site.

We tried the wine bar and took the hay ride around the property. The hay ride was interesting. The wine bar was excellent. Tasting pricing was reasonable. The wines were excellent in our opinion. There was fruit for sale and the honeycrisp apples were outstanding. There was a gift shop which seemed okay. Being October there was a pumpkin patch which kids were enjoying. Definitely a venue we would visit again.

Plus Yummy hot soup or delicious macaroni and cheese ...the BEST...or chili lunches in weekends. Have bought many gifts here as jams and pies and party mixes for cheeseball etc... and coffee and and even knick knacks! Lovely family owners. Has pony riding and mini zoo and even mini train ride for kids.

Went for a work function as we do a family fall get together and this was the place that was chosen. My kids are 7 and 9 and said it was alright. They have a few animals, nothing special and then a bouncy castle which they liked. Our group had brought stuff for the kids to do crafts and other fun things, thank god as they would have been bored otherwise. The train ride is alright, very slow and on the longer side. You go by the buildings that are used for storage and stuff but in general, the place just doesn't look clean or organized. The gentleman driving the train, didn't even say hi or anything like that.
Tried some cider tastings and it was alright. Ended up buying a few cans for home and we were both sick after drinking a can, not sure if it was just the batch or what but will never buy there alcohol again.
