Booked at the Blue Bamboo hotel in Milfontes we discovered that everything is managed by the Mbeach hotel. Services are really poor or not exist. They want money for nothing. We asked for delivery beeing at the Blue Bamboo and they make it worst. All this is part of a big chain Duna Park Hotel which owns most place in Milfontes. And even when other restaurants were forced to close they were still able to operate. Not go there and choose an alternative accomodation.

The only thing that was good was the quantity and variety of the food. The restaurant is open to the public. It is not cheap to stay there comparing to Algarve and if you stay at a pool view room, theres no balcony so you cant hang your wet cloths after beach. Noisy at night. Staff at the private beach was rude. We wont go back.

We arrived on the Saturday as everything started to lock down with the Coronavirus the hotel staff where leaving but the skeleton staff worked so hard to keep everything going for the 3 days we were there.

Can not speak highly enough of the commitment of the hotel to keep us safe. Thanks so much for what is a tough time for everyone in Portugal.
