Beautiful views and facilities, nice swimming pools and close to the sea, but the worst service we ever had! never coming back again. No swimming without hats, nobody told us beforehand, so, were waiting near the pool for half a day for the store with the hats to get open. Booked massage one day ahead, but when I came the massage was cancelled because of other client, no explanations. Staff barely speaks English, a lot of misunderstandings as a consequence. Internet is not working in the rooms, just in the hall. I'm not going to recommend the place to my friends, despite of the nice location and fair prices.

Room tip: very noisy near the entrance

I came to the hotel with the intention of watching the WRC Sardegna rally. The hotel is old and badly maintained. Staff do not speak English but enjoyable. I have to praise Julia, Ilaria, Dario and Gavino in the restaurant. This staff is pleasant and if asked to improve your holiday. The food was large, but the quality was very simple. I was most of the time outside the hotel with a car rental. The price corresponds to the quality.

Well I wouldn't even give it a one star rating! Recently spent a week here with my husband and two young boys, while we attending a wedding in the near by town.. well where do I start.. the place could be great but is run so poorly, they want nothing but every bit of money out of you.. if you plan on spending near on £1000 to stay somewhere you expect to be able to use there pool amenities and there beach at no extra cost.. so beware when you check in your giving a bill to use these. While you are there you are giving a card to use instead of using euros on the premises in the shops.. keep you receipts they will also try tripling you bill on this at checkout!!
The Staff well what can I say RUDE! If you lucky enough to be put in an apartment next door to them be prepared to spend your whole night awake while they party into the early hours of the mornings.. front desk staff could never give a concrete answers to a question they would get someone else involved and then start some debate into what sort of money they could get out of you, they are the rudest!
FOOD! Well in my opinion not even edible, for €80 we chose the buffet this night, food was cold, not much choice and the bread had bugs on. We never ate in the hotel again..
ROOM: very basic which wasn't so bad (we had one of the better rooms I had seen) although every time we showered the bathroom would flood.. the fridge leaked, the air con didn't work at all.. walls and beds where stained.
Area: nothing around unless you hire a car and can travel out, which luckily we did.
Don't waste you money here!!

Stayed here in June with a friend and will not be staying here ever again. The staff are very rude on the reception and the female manager is the rudest but room cleaners and restaurant staff are pleasant and helpful. I asked for a iron to use and was told it was being used but told they would get it for me but after the 4th time of asking and the rude responses I gave up. The rooms are very basic and god forbid you have a room in the main building as they play the loudest music in the front area by the bar and pool which goes on late into the night. The beds are doubles but two singles pushed together so you basically fall through the middle at night as beds are not held together. The beach is dirty with seaweed and black sand but thankfully the sea is clear once in. This hotel is geared for families and children so the beach is noisy and they play loud club music on the beach in the morning until about 12pm. The pool area is like a club and they also play loud music club style for the youngsters so if you are not into noise and music i would not stay here. The WIFI is unbelievably bad and is never constant and it strangely seems to work in different places in the hotel,it does not work in any rooms and works in bar sometimes then in breakfast room then stops working in those areas but never works in reception where they say it does. This hotel is a two or at a push three star hotel.

Room tip: avoid rooms in main building if you do not like noise and music. Garden rooms higher up better in the noise aspect.

We took an apartment for 10 days. It is basic but functional, though if you are self catering, the kitchen equipment is limited. The resort is isolated with no public transport, so exploring is impossible without expensive car hire. No shop on site either, so getting supplies is difficult if not on full board. Some of the Reception staff don't appear to know the location of the rooms! The biggest disappointment was an unexpected €70 check out/cleaning fee. At no stage were we made aware of this fee, so were totally shocked at this excessive fee as over the 10 day period we only had the room cleaned twice! Make sure you find out about any hidden costs!

Room tip: We never got a choice, but that may be because we wanted an apartment
