We transferred here after moving from another hotel in the city of Naples at very short notice. The staff were very helpful. The hotel is really nice with a modern feel. The room was really comfortable with one of the best beds (super king in the UK) we have ever had. All of the staff, the cleaners, the reception staff and the staff who provided breakfast were really nice and helpful.
We asked additional pillows as only one is provided and were given the choice of firm or soft additional pillow, that was good.
The rooms are only let on a Bed and Breakfast basis. Breakfast mostly continental however, there is fresh fruit, cereals, eggs and meats, etc.
The hotel is located 10 Km outside the city of Naples and some distance from public transport links, so travellers really need a car. Car parking is free (unusual in Italy) and secured at night. Its a 5 minute drive into Volla town centre which gets congested in the early evening.
Some of the staff have limited English but google translate works well, but a couple of staff members on reception speak perfect English.
The hotel is attached to a swimming pool and Gym complex should you wish to use those. The only reason the hotel didn't get a full 5 marks from us is there is still a little bit of building work going on during the day.

There is wheel chair access and we did see one visitor in a wheelchair, however, please bear in mind that the Italian regulations are slightly different from ours and the access to reception is steep.More
