Dako Island is quite big with many stores offering to cook what you have bought in the market earlier that day. Of course, each boatman has their own preferred store. The cooking on ours was just ok. It looked great but did not taste as great as it looked. Young coconut, other drinks and other essentials are available. The seafood and other fresh meats here are much more expensive so it is better to buy it in the public market in General Luna before you head off.

There are bathrooms ans washing areas. You just need to get your own water from the manual pump.

I cannot remember how much they charged for cooking our lunch but they charged us Php250.00 for the cottage that can fit about 15 people sitting down for a meal.

The island is only a short boat ride from General Luna town proper. The sand was fine and the water was inviting. The beach here is very photogenic during a sunny day as well.

Best island of the 3 islands. Water is nice and there are cottages you can rent and put your things in. The island has a small community and has some stores selling drinks and snacks.

Plan your visit to the island during lunch time and take advantage of having a variety of grilled seafood, fresh catch from the sea. Waiting time is a bit long but spend it roaming the island and taking a dip

Sensational island paradise in its day, now overrun by crappy food shacks serving unhygienic food.
A must to see but bring your own lunch

Absolute paradise. Lovely little village and community. By far the best island we have been to. We stayed for lunch which was incredibly cheap. One of the best meals we have had in the seven years we have been coming to the Philippines. Crystal clear waters. Lots of beach huts and shade. Short boat ride from General Luna.
