We arrived as a family of 4 from the minute we arrived we wanted to come home, first room allocated had no hot water and door would not lock, second room the hotel moved us to was a lot better the hotel were really good at sorting this for us. Asa family we love to sit by the pool have a drink, the kids like to swim with rings as they are not confident in the water, rules of the pool are ridiculous firstly no drinks allowed by the pool or food not even a bag of crisps, no floats not even swim rings, no music or pool games which makes it boring with no atmosphere around the pool. Food is nice but not much of choice for children. The animation team are great the thing that has ruined our holiday is the rules by the pool!

We are happy to know that the hotel staff was able to help and allocate you on a better room.
Regarding to the pool rules. At Globales, the safety of our customers is a priority, and this is why floats or inflatables are not allowed.
They do not let the lifeguard to check the bottom of the pool, with the dangers this can pose.
Also for security and hygienic reasons, foods and drinks are also not allowed on the pool area.
We will forward your comments related to the food choice for childrens, as we take very seriously the satisfaction of our customers.

This hotel is like a bad joke to the tune of £1,500. Our party of 2 adults and 2 children arrived here on 22/05/2018. I can’t wait to leave!! Our room is infested with ants all over the beds, no hot water for 3 days, safe is broken, phone is broken, knobs fall off all the draws exposing rusty screws, stains all over the floor, limescale all over the taps. When maintenance came to eventually fix our water it was scalding hot, when he returned he left the access hatch open which fell onto my daughter and bruised her arm which could have been so much worse. Customer service is diabolical. They don’t care and just fob you off with promises to speak to the manager. Seen one good tui rep the whole time (Luisa) we had to ask to have our room cleaned as we had been here 5 days with not one change of towels or clean. Food is ok, when they don’t run out of it. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Spend a little bit more and go elsewhere. This is definitely not a 3 star hotel. Only giving a 1 rating because I have to

Thank you very much for letting us know your opinion. We have been informed about some problems during the beginning of the new season and we deeply regret the inconveniences it may cause you . At Globales we take the satisfaction of our customers very seriously and we can guarantee you that we have taken concrete and special measures to fix those problems and improve the experience of our customers.

We changed the hotel management and improved the staffing, which is having immediate effects on the hotel operation and the customers experience.
All the maintenance and cleaning services, as well as the food offer are improving since the last measures were applied.

Despite its fresh look, the restaurant is like eating at school...you will eat the same things every day, and don't expect to eat fresh food.
They have little poor organization, they tend to limit access to the buffet and drinks, so that you must pay for it. Wtf when you are all inclusive?
After 18h you must pay for the mini bus to come back if you go for a walk, otherwise you are free to use your legs for 1 km up to the hill.

Had an amazing time, met families we are still friends with now, everyone's friendly, food on site, bar, pools huge. Very safe, and the entertainment staff were always there doing activities. There was a few storms over the week, but it didn't bother us as we all made it fun.

I visited this hotel with friends , we wanted to save some money so we booked this hotel , it's nice but very noisy as there are many families with kids so if you are a party animal who likes a good sleep after a night out this place isn't for you , but if you are a family guy who wants to provide a good time for your kids I recommend this place , they have good entertainment for the kids all day long , we were allowed only 30 min free Internet a day , if you want more be prepared to pay . the breakfast is good the swimming poll is big , their stuff can speak very good English.
