I've never stayed in the hotel but the restaurant is outstanding. It's my favourite place on the Costa Blanca for Sunday lunch.
In summer, lunch and dinner are served on a romantic tree-shaded terrace were you are served two or three of the chef's little tasty bites. They are delicious.
You then can choose from three well-priced and well-chosen menus.
Mouth-watering starters are followed by main courses where the all-natural ingredients include fish, lobster, scallops, beef, pork, lamb and venison.
The deserts and the cheese plate, as you would expect, are to die for.
The service is impeccable and the wine menu is amazing. It includes the very best Spanish wines that you won't find anywhere but in the top restaurants in Madrid.More
