I booked 2 premium rooms thru a third party then realised I should have booked the superior as I wanted the first floor and a balcony so we could sit and have a drink together before heading out for the evening. I tried to change thru Hotels.com but they wouldn’t help at all. As we live nearby, we called into the hotel and spoke to the man on reception and he said no problem the rooms are available I will change them for you. Wow, totally impressive for Greece!

When we arrived with our friends to check in we were given keys to the premium rooms. I question this and the same man on reception denied our previous conversation saying he could only move us to the superior rooms if they were available and he was fully booked. This was not what he said weeks earlier. I do not like being lied to and won’t stay here again. A first and a last for us and our friends.

A Philip Stark atmosphere, very welcoming staff and comfort from the beginning to the end. Quite the urban experience, but in a pretty vintage town. Very well located to discover the town and walk around what is interesting.

Worth staying.

This was rated as the best hotel in Preveza as we needed something within walking distance from the Marina.

This is amazing place to have BEFORE and AFTER the sailing cruise, especially if you have to drive long distance (Preveza is not the most connected planewise).

Great mattress, linen, high ceilings and superb service. The hidden thing is an amazing massage parlor just across the street.

The staff was just amazing and accommodating.

Room tip: parking is available, bit of a challenge

We stayed just one night after lifting our boat. It’s a great hotel, quiet, central, nice rooms. But for us - best of all a wonderful hot bath with lots of bubbles.

The staff are really friendly and helpful.

Breakfast is buffet style with lots of choice, hot, cold, fruit, yogurt. Up on the 3rd floor with great views.

In the room they have a nesspresso machine €1 per capsule. Hubby had a cold so he made lemsip with the hot water

There is also a small fridge in the room with 2 small complementary water.

We left by taxi and we forgot a suitcase. The hotel were brilliant and rang us in time for us to go back and get it.

Really recommend this hotel. Wish we had more days there.
