This is a nice hotel located at the city center of Preveza.
Little difficult to park your car, but there is a free parking just at the other side of the road and the hotel also provides a private parking at the back side.
Rooms are clean and tidy.
Personnel is just friendly [nothing more, nothing less].
Breakfast is very good for the hotel prices.

This is a very nice hotel very close to Preveza's magnificent seaside. Tidy and clean with very friendly and helpful staff. A variety of shops and restaurants are in the vicinity and the intercity bus station (KTEL) is just a (pleasant) 20-25 minute walk away. All in all, a highly recommended hotel at affordable cost
The hotel is OK as a place to sleep.
Rooms were big and empty, beds a bit to hard for my taste and the service was not great although fair enough.
Pair of glasses packed in plastic in the room, but these were dirty. Tried setting them on the table with a little bit of soda in them but they where not replaced once over a period of 6 days.
Breakfast was fairly good, but "Bar and café" was unattended the whole stay.
Lots of taverns behind the hotel but nlt mich to see in or in the near vecinity of Preveca city.
I had a good stay at Preveza City Hotel - single room, huge balcony, clean, friendly. I didn't like the breakfast that much, but that wasn't important for me :-)
Not luxury, but everything you need for a good price.
We had not booked a hotel and were lucky to find this hotel on the Main Street. The room was spacious a large bathroom and a lovely balcony. We were able to park beside the hotel which was very convenient. As the hotel is in a brilliant location we able to walk to find somewhere to eat close by, and had a lovely walk the following morning. We had free wifi in the room.
They serve a very good breakfast which we thoroughly enjoyed. Would definitely stay here again.
The rooms are small and stinky (cigarettes)..
Also noisy here. The cars at the street and dogs under Windows barking.
Location on a busier street really.
The hotel looks old. But as a budget option for few nights it goes.
I would not recommend for longer periodi or honeymooners etc..
