Quite fun for my 10 year old. Blue water, caves, lizards. We hiked down following the water fall. It was a lovely Tuscan day.

Bagno Vignoni is a wonderful town to visit and this is one of the many wonderful sights, that I think is not to be issed. Mulino translated means old grain mill. The park is interesting.

Don't think it is only industrial - in fact the industrial remains are only noticeable if you hunt for them, though there are several chunks of old masonry. We were taken here because of the typical Tuscan landscape visible from its elevated position - and that was fantastic! However, the star feature for me is the historical evidence of mills which used the thermal spring water to operate all year round. The thermal springs still run and there is warm water flowing in channels across the site.

There are several information boards with English translation, but they are all a bit battered and lack a good diagram of the industrial remains.

This is a very odd place in a positive way. The warm water from the springs on top of the mountaion engineered through the years with small canals, pools and waterfalls. Amazing place and not something you see everywhere.

Plaza delle Sorgenti, Bagno Vignoni and the Mullini is all in the same place. I was confused by the posts on this. The town is tiny with shops around the pool in the main plaza, which is the pool instead of a plaza. Then you walk towards the hills away from the town and you will find the old mill and the hot water little pools going towards it. If you keep waling down for a bit on a road on the side, you will come to a blue pool you can get into. There is also the river where you can walk in the blue water. Not spectacular as Foso Bianco, but a nice stop on the way.
