We stayed for 5 days in June 2016. Receiptionists were very kind.Despite our early arrival (at 8 am) we were able to check-in only at 1pm (I do not believe that they had no free rooms actually). The room was quite clean, A/c was working fine.Good food at the restaurant however no tea/coffee in the evening (you should pay for that). To get to the beach you should walk through spinney. But the beach itself is nice - looks as a small bay. So good place if you're gonna stay without children.

The room was acceptable but breakfast areas terribly unclean probably due to this year's drought on the island.
the staff is pretentiously polite but with strange instructions on how to treat their guests.
On last day they switched off our a/c unit from the reception prior to check out time in order to force us out of the room.additionally one hour prior to check out time the receptionist called us to "remind " us that we had to leave on check out time.Breakfast and beverages quality horrible.

We stayed at the hotel in the summer 2014. The rooms were okay but even though the hotel is newly built, the rooms were old fashioned with a very small TV. The worst part of our stay was that we had to pay 10 euros per day for the air condition. This was unacceptable. We tried to see the manager of the hotel but he refused to see us and the reception lady told us that this was the price for the air condition and it was final. The breakfast was OK, but due to this behaviour of the manager we will not stay again at this hotel

Room tip: Sea view rooms

We had previously stayed in the Maistros Hotel Apartments which is part of the same Hotel chain. Unfortunately they had no rooms available and sent us to this hotel. We only stayed one night as we had a dive trip booked for the next day. We had problems with someone staying in the other room near us, they were either purposely slamming their door or the door had issues with closing and this disrupted our sleep. Other than this, it is a short walk down to the beach where we did some snorkelling. Staff seemed pleasant. We enjoyed staying out this part of Ayia Napa where it was less hectic.
