We went to Steens this week after seeing recommendations on here.
It's a nice restaurant and we had a balcony table with a view of the church on the hill.
I had jerk chicken which was lovely, while the kids enjoyed their pizzas (without cheese) and my wife had filleted sea bass. She's a veggie who stretches to fish that doesn't look too fishy! IE with a head still on.
It all went down very nicely. They also made mocktails for the girls which is always a winner.
The two English guys running the place were also really friendly and we had quite a long chat at the end of the meal. I think they have been running it for three years and clearly take pride in what they do.
Certainly worth a visit.
