The suite was huge and furnished in a quirky way. The bed was extremely comfortable and large. The terrace was very large with table and chairs and a couple of sun loungers. The room was spotlessly clean.
However, the Wi-fi was not working, the towels were very thin and very much past their best and apart from being pleasantly greeted by a young lady, we saw no one else. So we could not do any wine tasting, as advertised, on the domaine ! We didn’t realise that it would be so closely surrounded by other properties though it was very quiet.
We think it was rather overpriced at 120€ in low season, rising to 170€ in high season. For that, we would expect working Wi-fi and more luxurious towels !

What a little gem of a hotel. Lovely and private. Lauren, the host, is a very nice bloke. Love this hotel, it's breakfasts, it's pool and last, but not least, it's lovely wine. Will definitely return!

Super stylish room in a beautiful mansion with lovely warm, friendly hosts. Small, clean, outdoor pool to cool off in. To top it all off they make delicious wine and you can arrange a tasting. Couldn't have been better, thank you.

We arrived 2 hours late due to traffic but were still welcomed with a smile by Lauren . Our room was lovely and the breakfast next morning delicious. Would definitely recommend. Location excellent close to lots of restaurants.

I stayed one night this week at Le Clos Saint André. It was a lovely experience.
Located in the small town of Banyuls, very close to the sea with great views on the mountains the rooms are in the winery building.
My room was a suite, on the first floor. Contemporary fitting, spacious, very clean, with vintage objects and great quality hifi equipment. I enjoyed listening music on the record player, and there was a good choice of records to listen to.
I slept very well in a very quite environment. Then in the morning the breakfast is served in the room. Presenting good quality fresh bread and Danish pastries delivered by the nearby bakery store, orange juice from fresh oranges, good quality tea etc.
All in all really pleasant experience and I don't find any negative.
I will surely come back.
