“Quaint and relaxing”
Reviewed 23 February 2017

Very nice area to relax and unwind. A lot of local eateries and portuguese influenced fine dining restaurants. Excellent choice of quaint cafes during the day. Easy stroll.

“A getaway from casinos!”
Reviewed 14 February 2017 via mobile

The village is a paradise for foodies! Streets are so simple and belong to the old macau style. A morning stroll across the beautiful village, peek into the flower gardens and good food should make your day awesome!

“Must see if you are nearby”

This is a short walk from the Venetion, Parisian or Galaxy. Great local neighborhood with many colorful local shops, snack bars, bakeries and the like. Great way to spend a few hours and get outside!

“Serenity.”
Reviewed 30 January 2017

The hotel where we stayed in is in Taipa. Our rate did not include breakfast or any meal, so we had to go out for bfast, lunch and dinner. Taipa is just the perfect place to be. There are food stalls, and decent restaurants everywhere! Transportation is very easy, just go and wait in the bus stops. I'm definitely going back!!

“Tourist Shopping, maximum crowd minimum fun”
Reviewed 29 January 2017 via mobile

If you're up for souvenirs & shops selling basically everything you'd find in other parts of Macau, then you're in the right place.

There are 1/2 quiet alleys for nice quaint photos but that's about it. We found ourselves out of there in 20min tops.
