We fancied a pizza so went here. Service was very friendly but our pizza's were really poor and not at all tasty. In fact, I would say they were terrible. They lacked any flavour or punch which I think is because of cheaper (Tomato & mozzarella?) ingredients perhaps. I don't know.

But thole meal was ruined by the smell of someone else's salmon dish that smelt so off my wife was retching. As was another table. Yuk! Can't believe the guy has tried to eat it before calling over manager and having long conversation about it.

It's in a good location by the bandstand but with so many other lovely restaurants here, I would give this one a wide berth

We had dinner there almost every evening as the quality compared to quantity was excellent. We tasted different pasta dishes and meat dishes with dessert. It was excellent. The children had also pizza and were satisfied. We loved the originality of certain pasta dishes that were put in the oven with a layer of bread dough put on as a lid and would come out nice and crispy to be dipped in any delicious pasta sauce left over after you had eaten the pasta. The service was very good, courteous and attentive.

We finished up here because our first 2 choices were closed for the holidays, id had a poor meal here 10 years ago but thought things might have improved, sadly not. The waitress was working alone but was pleasant and did her best. We waited at lest 45 minutes to order even a drink. Should have left but it was getting later and we were hungry. We asked to add some chicken to a pesto dish but the kitchen were totally inflexible, most restaurants we have been to in gran canaria can adapt pretty much anything to your liking and are happy to do so. We ordered a pesto pasta dish which was so bitter it was inedible, possibly the pinenuts were off. We sent it back and they said there was nothing wrong with it, but eventually agreed to replace it. We had a pasta and cheese sauce dish - frankly ive seen better in a packet mix. The third dish was salmon- edible but burnt. We ordered garlic bread which came stone cold.

When the bill came we mentioned to the waitress the problems (which she as aware off) and asked for a reduction in the bill. She went to ask her boss and came back saying she was very sorry but her boss said the food was fine and would not reduce the bill.

We asked to speak to the owner..... i would expect the owner to come to the table but instead one of our party was taken to the back of the restaurant where a group of about 7 people were sat, one of them being the owner. Intimidating to say the least. 2 of our party work in a restaurant in cheltenham and are more than capable of making a reasonable complaint. The owner said she didnt need to discuss the issues with us as it was our word against theirs and refused to reduce the bill. We complained again and eventually got a reduction of 8 euros off a 59 euro bill.

2 things.....when your staff are over worked dont sit and watch, its your business , dont you care?

Secondly if you get something wrong put it right! Reputation is priceless!

We stumbled across this restaurant, in a quaint square, after wandering around Puerto Mogán. We were famished and looking forward to Pizza!

The restaurant was fairly busy and we took the last but one free table. We were quickly given menus and were greeted by all the staff with a smile. We ordered a bottle of red and two pizzas. One as it came on the menu and one adapted to suit our tastes.

While we were there it was clear some customers come time and time again with hugs and kisses from the owner / manager and staff.

Our pizzas arrived promptly and were spot on. Really tasty thin crust and our extra requests were delivered correctly.

We finished the meal with coffee and were left to finish our wine while chatting. Everyone around us seemed equally happy with their meals.

In total we paid €50 which seemed a decent price.

Had we read the reviews before going in we would have probably given the place a miss but our experience was spot on. Good food and wine and friendly and efficient service!

We just had a terrible lunch here. The restaurant is located on a charming square, that’s why we chose this restaurant. Order was taken by a “cannot be bothered at all” attitude waiter, who appeared to be in charge of the place. We ordered two cocktails from the menu, that arrived almost after we have finished with the food and tasted it nothing like it. Tables were not clean. The Pizza that we ordered with extra mushrooms never had any mushrooms on it and was less than u would expect from the cheapest takeaway. No surprise that the place has over 70 terrible and bad reviews, that’s just one more to the collection. Please don’t even bother to waste your money there.
