We chose this hotel because it is one of the hotels at a great quiet beach. Here there is no party or these dreaded chairs that destroyed almost all Mykonos beaches. The water is crystal clear and great for snorkeling and lots of fish. Also watersprts available like Paddleboard, jet skis etc.
The hotel rooms are small and renovated with AC, very clean and modern although no privacy due to no closed bathroom. Great seawater pool and nice bar, great friendly barstaff Spyros and Hara. Restaurant food ok. Breakfast was not very good, same everyday, dried out bread and powdered orange juice. They charge 20€ for a beach chair, and 7€ for shuttle bus to Mykonos town.
All taxis cost minimum 30-40€, so it is cheaper to rent a car 40€ day.
Very isolated location, one decent Greek taverna next door or a beautiful walk to nearby Elia beach. The walk however is not for the faint hearted, it leads through homosexual cruising area and through a gay beach.

This hotel is quiet and very clean. Pool is immaculate. Somewhat of a language barrier if you do not speak Greek The bed was not great nor was the bathroom stall shower and drainage. Aside from that it’s a fantastic place. The beach is quiet and wonderful, but bring a blanket if you don’t want to spend $20 per day for a lounge chair. Road down to hotel is a bit hairy. Workers and owners very nice. Restaurant next door is very good. A Car is recommended I feel.

What a lovely little hotel located on a quite beach next to Elia. Greeted straight away by the friendly staff who couldn't do enough to help us. We had friends staying at Elia and it is a lovely walk along beach over a rocky area and then along Elia beach. Beautiful stars at night but make sure you have a torch. Or a little light.
The rooms are fresh and clean with very comfortable bed and pillows The showers are also lovely. Had a lovely time and can't thanks the staff enough for there kindness. Sophie and Mark x

The hotel is very nicely located in a calm Agrari beach (unlike the rest of the Mykonos beaches). The hotel is quite small but charming. On the other hand, we stayed in a basic family room, wich was really outdated and has seen better times (maybe 20 years ago - especially the bathroom, which was absolutely horrid!), so from this point of view, the room was really overpriced. However, the worst thing was the staff (not all of them), which did not speak any good english (9 out of 10 times there has been a major misunderstanding in a conversation) and was quite rude. We did not feel welcome at all!

Look. I understand that everything is demand and supply but the room that we stayed was overpriced. Apart from the fact that it had a great view over the sea and it was clean there was nothing more to pay for. I assume by looking at the pictures that there are many type of rooms some of them new and some of them quite old. Our room (101) was old for sure with a bathroom and a closet that you would expect to find in a room built over 2 or 3 decades ago.
So if we had paid half the price then the room would be decent. For this amount you expect much more.
Of course the beach in front of the hotel is vert nice (10 meters from the hotel) and an even greater beach (Elia beach which for me os one of the best in Greece) is 10 minutes walk through a gay friendly path over the rocks.
If you want to stay in Agrari then you need to have your transportation arranged since during busy period it can be difficult and expensive. We were lucky because we picked up the last taxi in the airport and we paid 15 euros for a 10-15 minutes drive. For our return we had to book a taxi and it cost 30 euros to the airport. The hotel offers transportation to the town at 19:00 and returning at 23:00. I read in some other reviews i think that this is complementary but for us it was 14 euros per person to come and go.
Other than this, we had a dinner one day in the hotel restaurant and our meat was really nice but as just everything in the hotel and in the island very expensive. ( we paid for 2 portions of meat and one very nice cheesepie with 2 glasses of wine and a desert 71 euros)
Finally the set of umprella on the beach is 20 for the pair in agrari beach and 30 in elia for August at least.
So overall you pay Mykonos which is an amazing island with tremendous beaches! And again everything is supply and demand. If you are the owner you take advantage of it and indeed fair enough...
