Really good experience in this hotel and indoor pool was so good. Breakfast is so richfull and delicious. I hope to see again their beautiful view in morning at the terrace. But the rooftop heaven is closed in winter season. More

Amazing hotel from arrival to departure staff were helpful and courteous. Room was spacious and well laid out, plenty of storage for all your clothes.
Dining was exceptional plenty of choice all cooked well.
Everywhere was clean and tidy inside and out.

Fourth visit in this location and third in a row at the same hotel. There is a reason for it. Hipotels have created a certain standard that we now want on our holiday. The hotel staff was very friendly and service minded. They even allowed the access to the spa and loaned us towels and bathropes after the check out. Hotel exceeded our expectations by making several small suprices, such as candy on a pillow after clean up and complimentary cava with dinner. Dinner and breakfast was great as always. Thank you all!

We did reserve a suite with sea view.
Top hotel building quality.
Top food on breakfast and dinner buffets.
Location is about 5 minutes to sea.
Indoor pool + sauna were appreciated during this cooler time period.

Everything was so perfect. Amazing food and gorgeous room. We had a great time there. Both the breakfast and buffet offer quality food. All the staff makes great effort to have you spend an amazing stay.

The staff make this hotel! They are super friendly, helpful, happy and very hard working. A true credit to hipotels. We have had a wonderful stay here, the location was not our first choice but our original hotel in cala dor closed early. We chose here instead and so grateful we did. We were upgraded to a junior suite with sea view which was a lovely surprise. Hotel is close to airport and to the beautiful city of palma. The buffet restaurant is lovely but an a la carte restaurant would have been perfect to use in between as local restaurants are not great and very German orientated, no local mallorcan places in playa de palma. Plenty in palma though. The pool restaurant very nice for dinner and lobby bar good too. If you want some winter sun to relax by pool and take long walks on beach it's perfect. I'd give hotel 10 out of 10 but resort not so much, very very German centred to the point there are German bars and restaurants every where....instead of mallorcan! Not a reflection on the hotel though. Thanks for a wonderful stay with fabulous hospitality, especially the lovely Toney and and Henri - true stars!
