My partner and I stayed here 9-15th January 2020. We had booked for 6 nights on all inclusive basis in a double superior room with a balcony. The premises were a little difficult to find because it was signed as “Soleil Vacances” and not Hotel Club Residences Valfrejus as stated on the booking from Sunweb. Their is an open complimentary car park to the side of the hotel with wide spaces for most cars. The staff without exception are all very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We arrived an hour before official check in and were told our room was ready and we could gain access to it straight away! On checking in all paperwork and all inclusive wrist bands were present with no fuss or delay. A personal guided tour of all the facilities and timing of certain things were given in English and all questions that arose were answered. Their are three lifts and using a combination of them means all floors can be accessed. The room (room number 406) was well appointed with a fridge which had two complimentary cans of Pepsi, a can of Perrier and a bottle of water. A separate toilet and a bathroom with a small bath tub with shower and a sink, soaps, towels and shampoo. Plenty of wardrobe space and an inbuilt safe.
