I stayed in the old block as it was a complimentary room for the night. Small room with a window. Bed was comfortable enough. Bathroom was small but good. Amenities were not provided at all. Had to purchase from the convenience store downstairs. There was a TV in the room with some channels. I guess it's good for a night.More

The room is spacious and super clean as it is the new building/tower. Easy access but a little bit far from the lobby. The elevators are a bit confusing because there are few towers and not every elevator connected to the towers.

Its a good hotel but for the room wise might consider to be bigger. Staff did not help me with my check in as i have difficulty in helping myself to check in. Other than that is good the hotel have wifi. And the room is pretty cooling due to the cold weather

The accomodation is comfortable good pillow and mattress. Room and toilet were clean. Sanitizer was available for safety precautions. Weather was superb, wide range of dining facilities. Staff are not really friendly in crockfords. Otherwise all was great. Thank you Resorts World Genting

Largest hotel of 7351 rooms available at the top of mountain. A nice place to chill and relax for families, couples and friends. Casino is available for some relaxation activity too. Sky avenue plaza is very well maintain and new, fill with abundances of restaurants, cafes, shopping, clubbing and gamings to choose from. First world hotel is just beside Sky Avenue plaza, very near and convenient. Overall hotel setup and service is average but still a hotel not to be missed! I stayed 10966 room, tower 3, for 2nights with my wife, my friends stay in other 2 rooms on the same floor.

Even the basic rooms also good majority facilities. Good view from mountain side rooms.
Worth spending money.
Self check in counters are not working mostly for people with passports. But they refer you to the counter with people asap
