This hotel is nice and new, it is away from all the crowd. The toilet is nice, the bed is firm and comfortable.. The breakfast is good.. Nice coffee, and good mix for adults and kids.. The design of breakfast is nice and cozy..
Areas for improvement is probably the check in process.. Waited for 20 mins to check in and there was no crowd. Something for management to fine tune
Having said that...
I would recommend to stay here when in genting
