Close to theme park and sky avenue. Good service spacious rooms and breakfast delicious. Flying fox is adventurously and we had much fun trying it. Gym and sauna is well maintained. SOP and social distancing implaced.

Booked 4 rooms here for a family holiday in Nov 2019 through Agoda. First the hotel said no such booking. Second they split all of the rooms in different floor despite we made a special request to have all rooms on the same floor. Third we were made to switch room twice. The hotels do provide a free shuttle to Genting but alwasy booked up. Breakfast was average. Its a new hotel but poorly maintain,

Re stayed at this place and it wasn't like the first time we were there. It was much more happening (of course now cause of the pandemic) but you can feel something's different about it. The room was okay but again there were doodle marks on the wall same like the first stay and yes the lift. The lift wasn't systematic and had to wait for a while then someone behind us just cut the line claiming they were with kids. hmm. We were, too in fact also the one in front of us. It was windy than before and that's pretty for photos hehe. Ah, one more, for now, they don't have a free shuttle anymore so gonna get some grab.

This hotel is located at a quiet corner beyond the main attractions in Genting Highlands. It is good for those looking for a quiet retreat away from the hectic environment. However, I feel that it is over-priced. There were fairly constant noises from the contruction projects that were still actively in progress all around the hotel. Some parts of the hotel command great views of the lush green mountain. The sunset sky can be another experience hard to find elsewhere. But the rooms were only so so. There was nothing to shout about, and they did not match the price paid.

The drive up was fabulous. The view spectacular. Hotel lobby was nice. We got a two bedroom suite - which looked like any other apartment. Nothing luxurious about it. The tiles were stained. The water did not drain properly at the shower stall. We had to wait 15 minutes between showers ( we came with a family of 5)
The breakfast was mediocre- to say the least
There was a lady at the breakfast counter - who was a bit curt with customers trying to enter the breakfast area . Training to make her polite would be helpful
Otherwise you have a wonderful reception staff and check in was a pleasant experience
I doubt I would be back unless you guys improve the breakfast and the maintenance
