Hands down best excursion I’ve ever been on!!
Amazing briefing for the group telling them everything you need to know about the kayaks and the day ahead and is very keen to help in any way he can. Amazing views while paddling to the spot where you swim with the turtles (we see loads!!). After swimming with the turtles he then took us to see the dolphins for our own pleasure and not because it was promised, he then let us watch them for as long as we wanted to! We was out looking at the wildlife for over 4 hours! Couldn’t ask for a better tour guide and better day I would recommend Dan to anyone! ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT!!

THE BEST EXCURSION I HAVE EVER BEEN ON!!!! We met Dan the sickest tour guide since sliced bread and he spent a good amount of time explaining kayak technique and safety briefing. We then paddled out with amazing view, gorgeous sea and even better views. You need to be physically fit !! It's about 3k. We snorkelled with loads of turtles !!! Honestly one of the best experiences of my life ! We then spotted loads of dolphins on the way back past the fish farms and even snorkelled with huge butterfly rays on the beach when we arrived back. Easily the best value for money I've ever spent on a tour and will be booking again when we return to Tenerife if not this holiday if we have time !!!

We booked a kayak trip through Supacademy. We were told we would see dolphins but unlike the advert we would not swim with turtles as there were too many boats etc doing it and it would be unsafe but we would go snorkling after kayaking. We booked on Monday for Wednesday although the guy who we booked with wasnt 100% sure as when he rang Dan (the guy that actually takes you out) it seemed he was over booked or wasnt going out. We were told to meet Dan at Burger King on wedneday morning at 11.30am. Ourselfs and a number of other people met at Burger King at 11.30am but when Dan came he cancelled due to the sea being too rough. He said it would be Friday at 11.30am instead as the weather was not set to change on Thursday. We were happy to do this as he said he was doing it for our safety although some of the other people were very unhappy. Friday arrived and we all met up at Burger King. We were taken to a lockup to get life jackets and a short explanation of what was going to happen. Unfortunately there were more people there who had also booked. The maximum people he could take out was 20 and there were 27! so the next 10-15 minute was a shambles trying to get some of the people to come back another time. We finally headed out to the nearby beach dragging two or three extra kayaks with us through sunbathers. We headed out away from the bathers towards the roped bouys and travelled along parallel to the beach. After a while we passed over the bouys and into a bit of rougher sea heading towards the Fishery pods. The sea was very choppy and a few of the people were feeling sick (two of which were phisically sick) Dan didnt care. it seamed the numbers fiasco made us late and instead of a nice day out it was now a race on choppy waters to get back for the next tour. I was told, along with one of the people feelin sick, to keep up but i was more worried about the sick person and stayed back with them as they were really in a bad way. Safety was obviously not Dans concern this day. When we got back to beach we were given a small drink (water/beer/hot chocolate) and off Dan went obviously for the next trip. You will not swim with dolfins or turtles. We did not go snorkling i dont think anyone did as Dan left us with our drinks and said someone would be along to tell us where to snorkle at the beach.

Hello sir! I don t remember verry much who you are you don t have an real picture for profile, but i want to thank so much for this review . thanks of you i stop working with some agencies who don t say the truth to the people.. i have diffrentt activities not only one and some sellers just mix the informations. what you got it was only kayak tour not snorkel but the seller jut tell me please i make an mistake and promise snorkel to the people so please let him do it when you go back so i did it like that. i have another tour with snorkel but is just diffrent tour not what you got. the over booking was because some agencies just book the people and din t say anythig just send the people there. the days when was canceled was because we was under an tropical storm like happen now last days. i cancel the tours because of wind offcourse. if you want to risk your like you are free to rent a kayak and just go for it. here you right about that 7 peoples but they got almost free because of the problem. you see i m honest some other people make mistakes but i pay for it. and i m sorry for this if make you not feel confortable. you cold come for free 2 hours later but you insist to pay full. about windy day. everibody was informe in the briefing that is posible to be pretty wind but everibody assume that. and all the participants say that they are strong.. people who din t feel good theey have seasickness because they refuse to go and buy sea sickness tablets . here nothing to do about it. but anyway i was always asking everibody if is ok but everibody says all good and just wanna stay for the tour. we decide to go back togheether i let the group to decide . we did like 8 km in that day we wisit the cave palmar the planing of the excursion done. if you was so scare about the safety you should say in that moment not 3 weeks later on trip advisor.
and one more question: i see you are good using the internet.. why you go to an street seller instead of google it and go for an kayak provider? you can have more acurate information from an provider not from an person who can tell you anything to sell you an excursion...

It was a really great experience, Dan was great, we swam with turtles and saw the dolphins up close. You should know that this trip requires a bit of upper body strength and a lot of sunscreen.

Multumim pentru tot!

We did kayak around Los Cristianos Arbour. There was a short explanation about how to go with kayak and then not so much from Dan. I don't wanna be mean, but I don't think that the rewiews here are true. You will not swim with dolfin or turtles. If you are lucky enough, you can see dolfins from far away.
