It was a nice hotel and the pools are nice especially the one past the gate . The food is very uninspiring and tended to be the same selection most days so we ate out most days. It's not very all inclusive, quite strange really.

The maids were brilliant and I am very happy with their service, my room was always spotless. I can't say much for reception though, they were friendly but we were always running into problems with them for example they messed up our Siam Park tickets which left us hanging around at Siam Park's entrance for nearly 2 hours to get it sorted out, they messed up our Covid tests and when checking out we were told we were charged over 300 euros, for what I couldn't tell you nor could they, they just said it was an error.

Also wasn't fond of how loud it was in my room, could hear what sounded like chairs being scraped along the floor at all hours. Very annoying.

The hotel isn't a bad place but I don't think I will be returning.

Dear Guest,
First of all, we are glad to read that you rate our facilities positively. On the other hand, we regret the confusion that you had regarding the Siam Park tickets. On the other hand, we just help all our guest making an appointment in the nearest clinic for their test, we do not charge any kind of tests at reception, we just help our guests to make their holidays easier. We hope you change your mind and you visit us again sometime.
Best Regards,

We stayed at Paradise Park for one week and returned yesterday.

On arrival the receptionists were friendly and helpful. Our rooms weren’t ready so we headed to the pool bar for a drink and had some lunch in the restaurant. We only had to wait one hour.

Rooms were a good size with the amenities we needed. They were clean on arrival and cleaned everyday. We upgraded to the superior room and had a slight pool view, but also had a sea view so were happy!

Pool areas were well kept and we had no problems getting sun beds. We didn’t feel crammed in either. We weren’t aware of the one pool that is over a path from the hotel but luckily found it on our 2nd day and tended to go to that one. Our one gripe with the pools is that inflatables and balls weren’t allowed. Not quite sure why that rule is in place…

We weren’t expecting much food wise as assumed it would be a typical all inclusive and some reviews weren’t that great however we were pleasantly surprised. There was always a different theme each night and the food was lovely. We always found something to eat or try something new! You have a time slot for breakfast and dinner due to covid and can pick which times suit you at check in. We also liked that the soft drinks, beer and wine were self serve.

We saw some of the entertainment which was ok. Some live singers, karaoke and bingo. Cocktails were nice and the lady in the bar was lovely!

Location was great as you can walk down into Los Cristianos for more bars and restaurants. Las Americas was about a half hour walk. It is hilly on the walk back to the hotel so not ideal if walking back from the beach in the heat but taxis are cheap. Bus stop for Siam Park was just opposite the hotel as well.

One thing I would have liked to make life easier would be a small welcome guide in the rooms with information on where the pools are and what bars/facilities were open and timings etc. Covid meant not everything was open so for the first couple of days we were wandering around figuring stuff out (we also might not have found that pool if we weren’t being nosy!)

All in all, we had a great time and would definitely stay again!!

Room tip: Have your Covid documentation at hand during check in as you need to email them over to the hotel

stayed here for 10 nights in a superior room on the 5th floor which had lovely views of the main pool and the sea.

Excellent hotel, simple and easy check in and out, mask wearing is in place but not enforced fully though i wish it was, lovely clean rooms/places everywhere.

My room was lovely and clean, has a fridge and kettle which are nice touches, hair dryer in the bathroom, amazing shower with lots of power, only downside is the aircon is weak, it is cooling but its so weak that it struggles so at night i would open the door to the balcony and turn off the aircon as its more cooling>

Other thign is the light on the balcony cannot be turned off (or i couldnt work out how to turn it off) and its on until around 1am which is a little annoying with the doors open

Overall i would highly recommend to anyone, loads for the kids to do, loads of sunbeds and choice of pools.

I stayed B&B and the breakfast has lots of choices and was great for me, there are so many restaurants nearby i really do not see the value in all inclusive here.

Would happily go back again

We stayed for a week 4th September til 11th, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Paradise Park, the hotel room was attended to each day with fresh towels and beds made. We met a lovely girl Monica who took some absolutely beautiful photos photos our nearly 2 year old son and us, she had a lovely personality and was so sweet to our boy. We also had a fab time at the aqua aerobics class, the lady who ran it was a lively and great entertainer wirh a great selection of music, they also brought out a big activity mat for the pool that all the kids loved to run and dive off, such great fun they all loved it. The reception and all staff were very good on covid awareness wearing masks which can't have been fun in the heat all day, and were all very helpful during our stay. We would have liked a room on the ground floor next time in the little apartments that overlooked the pool instead of a balcony on 6th floor but I'm assuming they were all booked up. We loved the area lots of things to do like glass bottom boat trips seeing dolphins, and great bars and restaurants nearby. A wonderful holiday we will treasure for always. Thank you paradise Park
