Spent a week here and can't praise it highly enough! Perfect location and a fantastic sea view with a huge balcony which was furnished with table and umbrella, chairs and sun beds. Maid service was daily and everything was kept clean and towels changed whenever needed. It is close to bars, restaurants and there is a mini market very close by. Larger supermarkets are a short walk (say 400m away). Would certainly recommend it

I got an apartment on the lower level. Some annoyance with that, since I had to go up 3-4 floors to the street, then go down again to get to the beach. But it wasn’t a problem.

Bedroom: 2 single beds, big cabinet for clothes.
Living room: Sleeping sofa, not the best to sit on to relax. TV mounted on the wall. TV was very small, so I didn't see any point in using it since I had computer.
Kitchen: Everything you really need, micro, kettle, fridge etc.
Balcony: Huge balcony, with 2 sunbeds, 4 chairs and table. View of the beach and water. On the balcony-wall, it was possible to hang clothes/towels for drying.

The first night there was some noise from a bar, but it stopped eventually. The rest of the stay it was quiet. Only "noise" was the water/waves.
Apartment was clean. No problems with anything. But they could have fixed the cabinet-doors in the bedroom, as they didn't quite fit.

WIFI: Worked great, fast connection.
No air-condition in the apartment. I stayed there in middle of December. So it got a little cooler in the evening and night. No need for fan or anything like that. Slept like a baby.

Many, many restaurants in immediate surrounding.
One minimarket in the same building as the apartments. A few meters from the building, there was a second minimarket with bigger selection. 5 minute walk to "normal" shop to buy food, drinks and whatever you need.

Had computer, camera, tablet, money and payment cards laying around in the apartment the whole week. Nothing got lost/stolen.
The staff was nice.

I travelled with charter. When I arrived Tenerife, I was asked at the airport if I had received e-mail from Las Fuentes because the reception is closed when I arrive. I answered the charter person no, and she looked very annoyed. She went behind a desk, and got a paper with info on how to get key to apartment. When I arrived at the hotel, the reception was open, so no need for the key-info.

Just back from 2 weeks staying here, and what an amazing place this is!

Light, airy and spacious with everything you need provided for your self catering holiday, as another review has said right down to the cork screw and pegs on the washing line.

Las Vistas beach and miles of restaurants and bars are on your doorstep, and a lovely patisserie as you leave your apartment and turn right, (the last one on the corner) selling a huge variety of freshly made breads, pastries, croissants, and cakes all very reasonably priced. Two 24hr mini markets next door either side of the apartments and a larger HiperDino express around a 10 minute walk away and Mercadona around a 15 minute walk.

We went to Siam Park and Jungle Park these cost around €6 by taxi, the taxi rank is right outside these apartments and we got the free bus back from both parks which stops outside of the Sol Arona hotel a short walk away.

These are very quiet apartments with the comfiest beds the only thing you will hear during the night is the sound of the waves rolling in.

The balcony is amazing, so big, the sunsets were a highlight of our day!

We will be back

This was also our first time self-catering in apartments - and would highly recommend it - we were pleasantly surprised as to what was supplied, from hairdryer - washing line with pegs - all the cooking utensils, crockery and glasses you could need right down to a corkscrew! handy as we like our wine! and also washing up liquid and scourers and t-towels. Everything was so clean and well presented.

We stayed in apartment 2B from 03.07.18 to 10.07.18 The apartment was light and airy, well presented bathroom with a powerful shower and the balcony was absolutely amazing - soooo big! with table/chairs/parasol and 2 sunbeds with the sun on it all day and the view was outstanding looking out over the beautiful sandy beach of Las Vista.

Within a minute of leaving your apartment, you have a couple of mini-markets (would highly recommend the one on your right as you come out) they are both reasonably priced and friendly and helpful - a word of warning though if you shop in the town, as prices do tend to vary quite a bit. There are also so many bars/cafes/restaurants to choose from - would recommend Amigo's for a beautifully presented feast! and you can also buy a hot roasted chicken for 6.50 euros just across the road!

The staff at Las Fuentes are absolutely outstanding - nothing is too much trouble. The cleaner came daily and was friendly and extremely thorough in her work. At reception we asked for the safe key and a fan (15 euros each) and they were instantly available. Must just say that the lady at reception (so sorry we never got your name!) was so helpful and friendly - we weren't able to extend our room as it was booked out (check-out time is 11.00am) - so she looked after our luggage and even opened up the reception at 15.45 for us to collect it as our coach was picking us up at 16.00, thank you so much for that and hope that you enjoyed your holiday as much as we enjoyed ours.

Would really recommend a stay at Las Fuentes, and we can't wait for our next visit!
