I'm so sorry that you have had a bad experience with us. I am deeply regret the inconvenience that it must have caused you.
I am so sorry that you were waiting for the food and drink for too long, That's no excuse, and I apologize for my unguided actions. In the future, I will be sure that wont happened again. And will get staff to look after to all customers equally, and also the seating arrangements to be sure that all customers are not to close from one and others.
