Movie World is a great place with a great group of mates or kids, the place is not cheap but it’s worst it, plenty to do and plenty excitement.

Thank Eric F

I have visited Movie World 5+ times now and have loved it each time. I love the rides (avoid going in school holidays to avoid major lines) and there is always something new to do or see.
I recommend packing your own lunch if you aren't wanting to spend a small fortune on food and drink.
And also recommend bringing coins in order to hire a locker to store your belongings for the day ( a lot of the rides don't allow for anything to be in pockets and it can be easier to not carry a bag around all day).

If you have kids check the hight restrictions before visiting to avoid too much disappointment.

Great family day for all ages. So much to see and do. Need a whole day here to see and enjoy everything.
Prices for food were not cheap but not over priced. Good variety.
Entertainers are friendly and each work their role very well.
Found the kids rides could be a little longer. Very short especially when u wait some time for a ride.
We took our 4 year old so to not wait so long in queues 1 would line up in 1 line with miss 4 and another would go and wait in another line. That way she would get off one ride and not have to wait long for the next. Too hot for us NZers to be waiting long in the Auz heat

Don't get me wrong, you can definitely see some of the magic of Warner Brother in this amusement park. But the big issue for me is that unless you're interested in DC Superheroes then your entertainment is limited. Myself I enjoy Looney Tunes and cartoons, as well as many adults who grew up with these animated classics. They were apart of the culture and still hold up today as funny and breathtaking. But unless you're a child or Jimmy Saville. It is very awkward walking around the Kids WB park by yourself looking at the various Looney Tunes themed playground and sculptures and many different areas dedicated to these animated classics. It didn't stop me from walking around but made it more of a challenge to do so. All the adult rides were DC-based, Superman, Batman etc. And the only one that was Adult and kids based was the scooby doo ride. The Shops were all very repetitive, selling nearly exactly the same things as the next shop next to it. Didn't have anything that the online shop had, mainly focusing on Harry Potter and DC (Once again) and not Looney Tunes which is the main thing people think of when you mention Warner Brothers. The people working at the shops knew just as much as I did about the inventory they were selling and The Chocolate factory didn't even sell Wonka Bars (I know right). Wasnt as great as what I expected. It was sort of like going to Disney World and the only thing they had there was Marvel and no Mickey Mouse, Goofy, Frozen or even Donald Duck. That's exactly what it was. It should just be called DC Land Feat. Looney Tunes. overall it was good but I would probably go next with a larger group and your child if you have any.

If you do go, do not ride the Wild West Falls Adventure Ride. It broke down and left us stuck on it last weekend. This is the second time this has happened in a matter of months (last time my niece was stuck on the incline ramp). The staff don't tell you what is happening and they certainly don't help or apologise in any way (makes me think it is a common occurrence). Also, if a staff member named Regina (or Ragina) is working the ride (or any ride for that matter) even more reason to stay away. She is the most abrasive and rude staff member I have ever come across at a theme park. She was yelling at customers as though it was their fault the ride broke down.
