My mother in law booked us this hotel on her credit card over the phone.
When we came to check in,the receptionist was too busy to sort out batteries for remote in hallway.took him aout 15 minutes.when he finally acknowledged us he told us room is not paid for and he cant accept us as we didnt have credit card that was registered for room with us and he needed approval in writing.after hours of traveling this was the last thing we wanted to deal with! Attitude on receptionist was mental and i would not reccomend this place at all!

Decent average hotel but the connected restaurant which advertises great pizza serves frozen pizza. I have eaten better cardboard boxes than the pizza in this restaurant. When I asked the waiter about it his response was-“ yeh the manager knows they are terrible but he doesn’t care-there is a good pizza place down the street”.

We stayed 3 nights including breakfast. Our plane was delayed but they kept a receptionist on so we could check in after 10pm. Much appreciated after a longer than anticipated journey!! Room and shower very clean. Breakfast was OK and staff very friendly. Bus stops right outside and train only 15 minutes walk away. Location also very good. Would definitely stay here again
