Rides were great as always no complaints there what so ever as trains were being sanitised well and also operations were efficient.
The massive problem I noticed a lot of the time at the park was the horrendous attitude on members of staff who are almost trying to test your patience to argue back. I totally understand that it may be stressful for theme parks at this moment in time, however there is no need for the attitude given by staff.
One example would be that a member of my party who had a hidden disability was told by Jamie ( a member of staff on SAW:The Ride) “congratulations” in a very sarcastic manner which did not sit well with our party. There we many other small comments and incidents which were unacceptable and the park needs to address this. Certain members of staff are ruining days for people at the resort and are making it hard as possible to enjoy.
We also stayed in the Thorpe shark cabins and they were good enough, for the price you pay it’s what you get so no complaints there either.
