Chaat-Dahi papdi chaat-Dahi papdi chaat is a popular north indian curd based chaat
It is known for its sweet, sour and spicy taste.
Consists of flat puris topped with potatoes,onions,whisked curd, topped with tamarind, green chutney, finished with a pinch each of red chilli powder, roasted cummin powder & chaat masala.
Its a lovely medley of flavours mild curd & spicy chutney masalas.
Gucamole Puchka-Made with avocado pulp,onion,tomatoes,lemon juice,water made with mint,coriander leaves,chaat,cumin powder,black salt.Winner Winner!No need for chicken dinner!!!Mexico whhtay boon!
Aloo papdi chaat-Aloo papdi chaat is similar to the dahi papdi chaat except the flat puris, which makes it lighter than the papdi chaat.
Makhana chaat-With finely chopped onion,tomato,fresh coriander leaves,cumin,dry mango powder,chaat masala.
Flavours sing through!
Each chaat was different.
No flavours clashed,though chutneys were consisent in each preparation.
The sweet date,tamarind chutney makes you weak in your knees.
Mint and coriander chutney...perfectly spicy,not over the top.
These were truly amazzingg...you will feel you are in mumbai,at juhu,chowpatty...with your favourite chaat cart,eating away to wonderful goodness.

Roomali-All roomali fans this too is inhouse speciality...with a glass kitchen,feast your eyes with roomali preparation theatrics.
Naan-e-zataar-Made with inhouse sumac...thyme,pop of sesame seeds.
Light as feather!
Ulte tawe ka paratha-The dough is made with clarified butter,saffron knead to perfection.
The breads we tried were truly soft,light as feather.

Saufiyani bharwan paneer-True source of protein for vegetarians.
With a good measure of spices like turmeric,redchilli powder,ginger-garlic paste amalgamated with very well slow-cooked onion,tomato paste,the highlight flavours are fennel,nuts.This paste is very finely immersed between two slabs of paneer which is tandoored to perfection,with perfect charred corners,and the spices coated superbly on the top of paneer.Deliciously Lip-Smacking!
Soya matar kaju seekh-Made with again good protein source for vegetarians,fresh seasonal garden green sweet peas,a robust paste of cashews,greenchillies,fresh coriander leaves and shahijeera sharpness much needed at the end of each bite.Simply Wonderful!
Dahi akhrot ke kebab-Richly Mughal!
Made with no binding of refined flour,just a hint of cardomom,green chilli and good measure of hung curd.
Chakunder ki galouti-Truly Awadhi!
Made with beetroot paste,spices such as mace,ginger-garlic,whole spice powder,refreshing spray of edible rose-water,served on perfectly cooked ulte tawe ka paratha.Melt in the mouth!
Water-melon shammi kebab-Unique...marvellous,very refreshing,perfect palate cleanser.
