It was clean and had everything we needed, simple and basic no frills but it’s all that was needed and one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Great breakfast with a wide choice, from full English to continental choices, various juices and hot drinks, all done in Buffett style to help yourself . The staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again

As ever, booking an appropriate date was straightforward. The hotel, while looking a little worn, was clean and well-organised. Our room, a Family Room was a good size and well appointed. The air-con works and kept the room at a comfortable temperature each night. The breakfasts were up to Premier Inn's usual standard with plenty of choice and well able (and happy) to accommodate for allergies. It would have been nice to have the option of half board, but not an option at this PI (which is stated on the web site). All in all, a very nice short break (3 nights) and all credit to the staff.

The beds were very comfortable and we had a lovely, quiet sleep. The only issue was that the hotel was rather tired and faded looking with touch ups done that didn’t match the original paintwork. Even the front of the hotel looked a little grubby and in need of a coat of paint.
