We stayed for 5 nights in January in the Bustani Suite.
First thing I would like to mention is the staff. They were all always nice and welcoming. They helped us immediately with everything we needed. BIG PLUS!
The Bustani Suite: very spacious and isolated. We also had our own sort of balcony. Is is worth to mention that there are no doors to the shower and to the toilet. It is hidden by some walls and turns. We found it quite odd.
In addition, Wi-Fi reception in the room was poor.
The Location: The hotel is small (11 rooms) and remote. So it's excellent for R&R.
It is located in Nungwi beach which is in the north and most recommended as there are plenty of hotels and tourists in that area. It is located on a reef (which is a nice view, but no beach) You can get to the beaches by walking for about 20 minutes (or 5$ taxi). We liked the walks anyway.
The Food: Better than most of the places we found in the island. Again, the staff was very attentive to our needs (vegan food), and they can change some of the courses for you.
All in all - 5 points.
