This is a beautiful and immaculately maintained property. The room was great for us (had bunk beds and provided a cot, both of which fit in the small extra room within the room with a sliding door). The grounds were stunning and staff worked tirelessly to clean - especially after heavy rains. All staff were friendly and some love kids so much they’d cuddle my toddler like he was a family member. Food was all yummy, but a bit overpriced on the resort compared to a few mins away at the marina. Only complaints are that the splash pad/park/trampoline were advertised in photos but actually were part of the kids daycare not for use by the general public. I didn’t want to leave my kids, which meant they missed out on features I thought were free to use. Additionally, and I’m not sure if this is an Expedia issue or the hotel, it’s very vague what “half board” means when booking. We were told we had $100 FJ a day per adult and breakfast included. This amount covered us, but we had to pay for our 5yr old who wasn’t included in the credit. I was OK with it until on day 2 a giant poster went out to clarify half board and we found out everyone else was getting $125 FJ but we weren’t able to due to “when we booked it was different”. A bit cheeky. However, it did include a 1hr massage which was amazing (by Preeta I believe) and some staff went above and beyond: Mary who was the friendly face motivating me at the amazingly appointed fitness centre as well as running kids events, and Ilami learned our names day 1 and went out of his way to greet us. There is also a Fiji Airways check-in counter on the resort which was super convenient and saved us time on our super early flight. Overall, I would recommend for young families - the pool and slide are great for kids.
