We found this gorgeous little gem of a place up in the hills of Falmouth and what a gem it was. We were welcomed by a very helpful young man and met the owner as well who was so lovely and friendly. Her guest house is amazing, fantastic breathtaking views. Our rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean and the beds were huge, and had one of the best nights sleep we’ve had in a very long time.

Breakfast was lovely and more than plentiful.

The beach is only about 5 mins drive away.

So sad to leave and would have definitely stayed much longer.

Looking forward to staying there again.

Most restful and beautiful location. Quiet, away from all the busyness of town, yet close enough to get there easily. Among top places we have ever stayed. Scenery and rooms were excellent and lovely. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. A very welcome and peaceful end to our journey to Jamaica

We spent 3 nights here in September and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our room was extremely clean, spacious, beautiful, and well maintained. Keno and Joyce took extremely good care of us. It's a very quiet location- it's up in a residential area overlooking the water in a wooded/hilly area. Lots of wildlife around. There's a small pool, large patio, and our room had a balcony. Joyce will arrange for a taxi for any tours you want to go on- we had a great driver over to Cockpit Country. There's also a small bar downstairs if you would like a drink or bottle of soda.

For an additional charge, meals are provided. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful- we chose the traditional Jamaican breakfast (ackee and saltfish, plantain, etc) and for dinner we had hands-down some of the best BBQ chicken I've ever had in my life. Keno is such a good cook!

Things to know: there's an additional charge for a room with an air conditioner. I didn't think we would need one (we usually like our rooms around 74F/23C) but it was warmer than normal in September and our room was stifling hot. Pay extra for the AC during warmer months.

The cooking was REALLY good but very limited menu- usually one or two options for dinner. If you like a lot of choices, you'll need to run into town to a restaurant.

Location: it's a bit secluded; close to Falmouth, but not close enough to walk anywhere. It's about 1.5 miles to the beach and 5 into town. Taxi fares really add up, especially if you just want to run into town to go shopping or get some patties ($10 into town, $30 RT to Glistening Waters, etc). If you have a car, this location is perfect!

All in all, a very delightful stay in a perfect place to relax and unwind. Bonus points for the impeccable customer service from Keno (really, he's such a gem).

My wife and I stayed there .firstly , we had to find our own ride to get there after having paid through travelocity to get there. secondly the room was ok but the towels were dirty. there was no soap to take a shower. Fortunately i had brought my own. The Owners customer service behaviour was beyond poor. when we arrived they treated us as if we had no right to be there because we are black. i wanted to no judge them. i told the lady hello three times before she finally decided to answer. they never smiled and made sure to give us the attitude to let us know we are not welcome there. Yet they always smiled with the whites.

I'd not recommend for the following:

1) we've been asked to pay for 30usd air conditioning fee and the room was not provided with it, the room was very hot and although we asked to have this fee removed from the total, no discussion was possible, staff totally unpolite!
2) bed was not comfortable
3) pool was dirty
4) no shutters, impossible to sleep after 6am
5) transport from Falmouth is 20usd, better to chose an hotel close to the bay

Avoid this place
