Great view of the West Temple and mesa. Menu is surf & turf and hearty portions. The crab cakes were mediocre, should know better when located so far from ocean :- The atmosphere is quiet luxury with western theme. Private dining is there for parties and we'll use it next time with our group.

Pretentious and expensive restaurant with mediocre food and terrible service. I chose it with some hesitation since it was one of the two restaurants in Springdale that accepted reservations. Our group of eight with two kids was not well suited to queueing up for 30-40 minutes to be seated, as in most other places with better food in town.

Exceptional service, delicious food and very nice ambience is what you will experience at Switchback Grille. Our server was welcoming, knowledgeable and efficient. The bar is fully stocked with a great selection of beers and makes a fabulous martini. Our food was served hot, fresh and delicious. We really enjoyed our experience at Switchback Grille.

We (couple of two) had two petit filets, two side dishes, bottle of wine and that all for usd 296 including 20% tip. Ridiculous and we certainly felt ripped off. The petit filets were on the menu with MP ie market price. Afterwards we learned the 6 ounce filet was usd 58 per piece.
The service was not good, had to wait for ever to get our first glass of wine. Terrible and will never go back to that place

Excellent food and atmosphere. A bit expensive but well worth it. Waiter was also our bartender and was hardworking. Portions are huge. Best lamb chops my husband ever ate. Great drinks too!
