Excellent guest service plus great view of diamond head. Cristieann at the front desk was amazingly helpful! The rooms and decks are spacious. Also the toiletries are very nice! No pool but they give you really nice beach chairs and towels and the beach (which is small and secluded) Is just a hop away. More

Christiann, Sarah, and the entire staff were extremely accommodating during our one week stay at Lotus. We had our family and 7 week old baby with us. They were all very excited to see her (and us) everyday and offered every accommodation they could think of going above and beyond to make our trip enjoyable. Parking was always easily available, location is great to shoot all over the island and the calm beach is a 1 min walk away. Although only fine dining is available on site and no pool, there or tons of options a short drive away. Barefoot bar is also a great way to end the day with great food and watch sunset, 8 min walk away. Thank you so much to staff for a wonderful stay.

Lotus is a lovely boutique hotel at the quiet end of Waikiki—which makes it a great place to relax and still be close to wonderful restaurants, beaches, and prime view of Diamond Head. True bonus to be right on Kapiolani park. Most of all the staff is wonderful and huge thanks to Christieann for the warm welcome hug, Zee, Angelica, and Sarah! Fantastic hotel outside of the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. Great access to Diamond head, tennis courts, outrigger canoe club.
Staff was very nice. Christie Ann is super enthusiastic!!
