Older hotel, but good value for the money. Room was a bit dated, but still perfectly acceptable and you get what you pay for. Very close to the beach and in the middle of Waikiki Beach, so close to all amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Outer room wall was all glass - so great view but a noisy during the day and into the evening, but pretty quite once everyone had gone home for the night. Would stay here again.More

Balcony and ocean view very very nice!! Bed was not comfortable at all! Location was fantastic! Overall this was a great trip! The pool area and hot tub were very nice and the view from the rooftop was gorgeous!

Extremely reasonable price. Great views. I stayed in a 1 bedroom queen bed suite. More than enough space. Hotel staff was very kind and glad to help. Customer service and attitude was top notch. They offer parking in a gated garage. Only cost me $150 for 5 days. You cant beat that in the heart of Waikiki. 2 block walk from the beach. Close walk to anything else you might need including shopping and food. I'll be staying here when I come back 100%. No complaints

9th floor sounds like the 2nd floor, you WILL need ear plugs to sleep
advertised as "partial ocean view" with 0 ocean view unless you're outside on the balcony which has 15* angle
smell weed from the floor below and bed rocking from the floor above

Stayed for a staycation with family and our room was clean and comfortable. Staff was super helpful. It’s an older property but we liked the vintage decor! Proximity to beach, restaurants and shopping can’t be beat! Will be back!

The place needs updating, but you can't beat the ocean view, location, and huge lanai. For these three reasons, we keep going back. Our family has stayed here three times in the past year. The staff is friendly and helpful, except for one lady at the front desk. The pool is small and on the rooftop. It could have been more convenient to get to it. You can't also see the views when you're laying out. It would have been nice if they made the walls all glass. These things make a big difference in the whole experience.
