This was one of the best locations I've been to. Loved the guitars hanging from the stairwell all the way across the ceiling. So cool! The food was really good, but the atmosphere was so great. This was my son's first meal at a Hard Rock Cafe, so this was a very good first impression! The food and drinks were so good and sat in the open air area on Beach Walk. Definitely recommend being seated there. Service was really good especially since we were seated near a very large group. Didn't deter the service we received at all. We visited around 4pm which was a great time to be seated immediately in a good location.

Loved my burger ! terrific service and food. Our server was friendly and courteous. They also honored by birthday coupon of one free entree. Many places in Hawaii don't honor coupons like they do on the mainland. It's an open air seating and does get warm but it's a fun place. Check out the memorabilia and the shop downstairs. Not a long wait for a table either.

We went here upon opening one morning for breakfast at the request of my 19 y/o daughter. It wasn't busy. The service was wonderful, and the food very good. I tried Loco Moco for the first time and whilst it was very different from any Aussie breakfast I have had, it was very good. So glad I tried it here with their crispy onion rings. It was very filling. My daughter had eggs Benedict and ate most of that. Surprisingly, there was live music that early in the morning that was very pleasant. One song I remember was American Pie. The meal price was in keeping with other breakfast establishments in Waikiki. I would recommend this restaurant.

Sat at the bar for dinner. At the bar there are 3 large tv screens, all 3 were playing sports channels. While I could see one of them having a game on, this is the Hard ROCK café, not the Hard SPORTS café. It completely killed the atmosphere of HRC. Bartender must have just come from working at the DMV and he seemed stressed, angry and kept slamming the glasses on the bar to the point where you could feel the vibration.
The worst part what the constant sound of what sounded like silverware dropping about every 12 seconds. I looked around and finally saw where it was coming from. At the top of the stairs at the hostess desk, there are bins of silverware. Each server would grab a handful of forks, count what they needed and throw the rest back into the bin and then do the same for knives and so on. No only was this very annoying, I don't really want 47 people putting their hands all over the silverware that you are going to bring me to eat my meal with. It was really disgusting.

Food was good and at the price expected. Drinks were at the price expected but very very weak. I was happy to leave one we were done.

We have been here before and loved it so we thought we would try again. We were not dissapointed as service was great and food was fantastic. Great position and plenty of tables as well
