Hyatt Regency is always our favorite hotel to stay in Waikiki. The hotel is in a great location, middle of the Waikiki strip, not right on the beach but has an unobstructed view of the ocean. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. - room/accommodation: spacious, some wear and tear signs but clean. There is a good size fridge, coffee maker, 2 water reusable bottles, a shopping bag, nice toiletries, a safe, a hair dryer, etc. We stocked up our fridge with fruits and drinks. There is a small but well-equipped 24-hour gym on-site, a spa, a small pool, and several restaurants. There are 3 ABC stores, one on the third floor, one on the Eva side, and the other on the Diamond head side. There is Kai coffee and Tucker & Beavy snack shop, Dylan candy store, Local motion store, Uban Outfitters, UGG, Ukulele shop, wedding dress, Gras (hemp shop)... you really did not go far from the resort. They also have many activities such as yoga classes, live music at 5 pm, and farmer markets on Mondays and Wednesdays. We got many fruits, local snacks, and gifts from the farmer's markets. - Service: shout out to Courtney, General manager. We had some issues with our booking. She rescued our vacation and save loyal customers. The valet and housekeeping staff are also awesome and friendly. Overall, we have had an amazing time here and can't wait to...More
