The staff members here were very pleasant and helpful.
Parking was tricky, and originally, we weren't told about an overflow lot, but that was rectified.
The rooms are a little small, but clean. However, I would never get bed frames like these. Each of us hit a foot or ankle as the frames stick out quite a bit from the mattresses and box springs. It's a style, but that was a big negative.
The shower was a bit of an issue. There was no soap when we arrived as they use those bottles that are attached to the wall and evidently don't check them between guests. There was no bench or even corner of a tub to put up a leg for shaving, and no safety bar to grab while balancing on one leg with a sharp razor. The water pressure was good, though.
A previous occupant had set the alarm clock, which woke us way too early, especially given the time change. Staff should be familiar with the clocks and how they work and routinely check them when they clean the rooms. We never dreamed one would be pre-set.
Service wasn't daily. We didn't get clean towels every day, for example. That would be fine if there was enough space to spread out the towels after each use, but there wasn't. They stayed damp between each use and got a little smelly after a couple days. It's not that pleasant to try to dry off with a damp towel, either. The hooks didn't allow the towels to dry completely, unfortunately.
The toilet paper roll was awkwardly placed, and the paper rubbed against the wall and side of the toilet when full. Not sure how sanitary that is.
I'd book a room away from the elevators. The elevators were noisy. We weren't close to them, and we could still hear them. But I will say that the wait for an elevator was short, and they moved quickly and smoothly.
Overall, we liked the staff a great deal but weren't thrilled with the rooms. They were standard and meh.
