Very friendly staff. Older hotel but rooms were ok. We had to change rooms though because our first one had so much garage under the beds I felt it was not really cleaned. I am talking empty two litre bottles of soda and plastic water bottles. Candy wrappers, a knife, sandels and drug paraphernalia. We used the laundry facility only to find one washer didn't work properly so we had to re-wash a load. When I put clothes in dryer there were bags of wires in it.
This hotel is surrounded by cheap places like Motel 6 and one called Suburban which advertised $39 rates and at night there was a car cruising the lot with
headlights off. There is also a underground tunnel right outside Residence Inn in which homeless and addicts hang out and do drugs, there are needles all over the ground and right up to building 14 so watch your step and don't let your children anywhere near that!
I feel the hotel should be responsible for cleaning that up.More
