Stayed while traveling through New Mexico. Found a great deal on Groupon. Very nice hotel, staff was nice. Location was convenient and room had a great city view on 4th of July. Overall good experience!

We arrived and my travel partner was told that they had no record of our reservation. Fortunately, he had a printout of the reservation confirmation. They did apologize and upgraded us to the private floor that included breakfast. The room was nice, but the A/C was an issue. Warm in the room most of the night. At checkout, it was reported. Three nights later, we returned for one night before leaving New Mexico. No upgrade this time, room was okay, but some of the furnishings were well worn. Again, the A/C was an issue. At checkout, the hotel did reimburse the Points that were used. Overall, it could have been a better experience.

First and foremost please do allow me to sincerely apologize for any and all guest inconvenience that you experienced during you subsequesnt stays as our guest. That your hotel reservation was not immediately obtainable and caused you delay with timely rest and relaxation is noted.

Hotel is in a great spot; close to many restaurants and great shops for shopping. The room was very spacious and comfortable for our family of four. Great service with personnel who were very accommodating.

The staff at the front desk was not overly helpful, seeing I was the only one in line and they didnt acknowledge me one bit. The do not disturb was on the door and we were disturbed two times. our checkout was at 1600 and being disturbed two times while trying to relax was unnerving. when we told the desk at checkpoint about the do not disturb fiasco, they were very uninterested in the trouble. will not stay there again

I travel to Albuquerque weekly for a long project. Most of the staff recognizes my on sight and greet me by name. They are always quick to resolve any issue, and make sure to select a quiet room. In the few occasions where I've had a problem with a bill or a receipt, they always resolve it within a couple of hours if not immediately. The hotel is located near a number of different restaurants, but the lounge floor breakfast and appetizers are well done if you want to save time.
