Grand America knows customer service. From the tiniest detail, service was impeccable. Suite was spacious, bedding comfortable. Where this hotel delivers is service and food/beverage options. 24/7 in room dining, lovely restaurant choices, afternoon tea, and every interaction we had with the team was wonderful. Laurel restaurant was a treat! Service exceeded our expectations. They made our stranded-in-SLC situation (flight cancellation) feel like an extension to a lovely vacation, as opposed to travel purgatory.

Gorgeous property! Look no further, this is where you want to stay. Formal atmosphere with excellent service. One bedroom suite was worth every penny. Loved the bathroom. Only issue we ran into was that the sofa in the parlor was not a pull out and they did not have any rollaway‘s. Therefore, if you are traveling with children, be sure to coordinate that ahead of time. Loved the Christmas decor. Excellent place for photo opportunities.

We stayed overnight during our two week vacation in Utah. The property is impressive and classic. Our king premium room was spacious and comfy. Dinner was wonderful and our server Fatima was especially helpful and lovely to talk to. The expense for the parking and paying $7 for a bottle of water in the room (there was no complimentary water) was off-putting. Aside from being nickel and dimed it’s a nice place to stay.
