Wow!!! two words: Spectacular & Luxurious.

From the moment you walk in through the grand modern walkway, the experience here is absolutely wonderful! The front desk and everyone at the resort is so helpful and friendly! They welcome you with a beverage and refreshing cool towel. Longer review, but couldn't help adding things that made the stay so amazing. :)

ROOM:We were in room 719. Great partial ocean view, and a very private spot.

ARCHITECTURE:Everything in this hotel is well thought out.

Beautiful modern, clean lines. The rooms are small but they make good use of their space.

BEST FEATURE: THE PRIVATE BEACH!!!
The beach is very private. There are people at the beginning of the beach who will set up your beach chairs and umbrella, so the beach is not crowded with unused chairs. The water of the beach is very calm and SWIMMABLE. It was very nice for swimming . I was in there almost everyday. Also, there is a small reef/ coral jetty on the edge of the beach that is good for snorkeling, we saw sea turtles too. (Free snorkel gear included in resort fee). Additionally the sand was very soft too. One of the best beaches I have ever been to.

The pools are beautiful too. Great architectural design.

FOOD:Bumbye Beach bar has good poolside food. There pork nachos are very good, they come on waffle fries, these are good for splitting.

We also enjoyed Lehua Lounge for a yummy dinner. I ordered the ahi and it was very good.

We ate at Ka'ana Kitchen for dinner too, not worth the price personally. It was delicious and everything was masterful, but not that amazing for the price. Also everything is small, except the coconut sundae, definitely split sized.

Mokapu Market: good food, loved the parfaits. the da' cubano and one of the salads weren't too good though. Also enjoyed acai bowls, reuben, and flatbread.

Great complimentary coffee in the mornings at the front desk. It has very good flavor.

AMMENTITIES:
We used our "free" resort fee amenities to the fullest. We enjoyed doing many of the resorts activities. The Andaz beach crew is very friendly and helpful.
TIP: Book your activities the first day you are there.
Although, the complimentary activities like outrigger and kayak tour are short, a little under 30 mins. You get a little taste of the activity. Great guides!

Loved the refillable waters, very handy. They had fruit water by the pools to refill too.
The minibar has good snacks, make sure you take them in the morning if you want them replenished. The snacks and drinks are local items which is a nice touch.

We came as a family. 2 parents, one daughter who graduated from high school the other daughter graduated from college. I wouldn't recommend for families with young children. Great for couples.

We had a wonderful relaxing stay here. Would love to come back some time.

The property is amazing. The staff is super friendly and really helpful. Overall, the rooms are newer compared to other resorts. The food by the pool is really good, especially the poke, which I had for lunch. Keep in mind that the dinner options are limited if you sit by the pool. Overall, we would definitely stay at Andaz. The resort fees includes lots of amenities which you should use!

This hotel far exceeded all of my expectations. Everything you could need was readily accessible, and they provide you with a large variety of water sports, amenities, and food. Lots of great food. (Especially Morimoto's. Go there too.) Well worth the stay!!
