Let's start with the bad points....no can't think of any.
This has been the best holiday my wife,child and myself has had in a long time.
The hotel is up from the main town so has amazing views,the pools are on your doorstep,the hotel is clean and lots of space around both pools,the food is good but the main thing about this holiday was the people.
Big shout out to the hotel guests Sarah&Isla ,Carol,Adrian,Paul.
Now onto the staff,Gem the hotel manager(if you have kids they will love him) he is there all the time and very funny(ask him about custard)Harry who can't speak English but is a brilliant laugh(beware of his google translate lol),Neo and Eddie who both speak good English they could be english !(better than mine anyway)Ahmed(think that his name)very nice and Sally,Chef and the cleaners.
I could go on and on,forgive me if I have left out anyone it not intended.
1st time in turkey and at the club aquarium and hope not the last.
Macie says a big thank you(make sure she isn't there if you want a relaxing holiday lol)
Kieran and Lorna says a massive thank you to all you guest and staff(damn is that a tear in my eye.)

Room tip: Top rooms will have best views,bottom ones closer to pool.

Brilliant hotel

Lovely hotel staff are very friendly just up from the old town 10 minute walk from beach nice restaurants in old town be sure to visit the garden bucket Jimmy and family will look after even drops you off at your hotel lovely family restaurant

Super apartments with a warm friendly welcome!!

These apartments are basic but have enough equipment to enjoy a s/c holiday at a very reasonable price. They are clean & in a quiet location & have a fantastic view of the pool & spectacular mountains. There is a fantastic well stocked bar & meals available all day/night. Service & hospitality is second to none here & ALL staff go out of their way to help or advise on anything from eating out or arranging excursions etc. They even provided a free drop off & pick up service into Icemeler, Marmaris or up to the sister hotel Grand Aquarium which you can use at no extra cost. I’d certainly have no hesitation in booking here again as everyone is so friendly & helpful and you feel safe enough even to come on your own. Big shout out to Cem (Jimmy) Eddy & Harry (bar staff) and also to Pablo, Sally, Ed (the jeweller) Yassinn & friend (the hairdresser/barber) at Grand Aquarium and any other staff who went above & beyond to make this an enjoyable friendly holiday from start to finish!!! Keep up the good work!!!!

Fabulous Cem & club aquarium

Well I don’t no where to start as this hotel made such a big impression from the time I got out the mini bus from Dalaman airport. I had such a horrendous transfer , that when I arrived I felt sick was in the throws of a panic attack and my legs nearly buckled from under me . Straight away they got me a chair to sit on a cold glass of water , took my temperature because of COVID and the manager Cem wanted to call the doctor. I can’t thank this hotel and its staff for really looking after me in those first moments.
Our room was great on the ground floor with a balcony over looking two out of the three swimming pools. It has a hairdryer, kettle , toaster, mini two ring hob, cutlery, crockery, fridge and TV. So pretty much everything you would need.
If your tempted to go it’s great because I’m one of the pools has a water slide kid’s and adults will love it . Also on sight they have a bar and a great menu if you fancy having a day of no cooking breakfast,lunch, or dinner.
It’s about a 20 minute walk in town for the shops , but if you don’t fancy the walk go see Cem the manager he will take you in by mini bus and even pick you up if that’s what you want.
If your concerned about COVID don’t be there are precautions in place at the hotel and hand sanitizers every where in shops and restaurants.

Holiday

Great place too stay. The staff from manger to waiters are excellent its been a real pleasure to stay in this hotel from the rooms too the views stunning looking down too the village of icmeler So from me and Jo thank you see you in May for anther three weeks
