Room was nice and quiet. Staff was courteous. No breakfast here and nothing nearby except Waffle House, I'll pass, had to take an Uber to get breakfast

This was hands down one of the most enjoyable stays he have had in a long time. Location, food, entertainment options, amenities, the service, cleanliness, nearly everything was great. if in the area again, we WILL absolutely be coming back here.

Our journey with Club Wyndham Atlanta, under the care of Airbnb hosts Brad and Sarah, has been nothing short of exceptional, marked by two memorable stays. Our initial visit was a revelation, with an unexpected upgrade to a one-bedroom suite that boasted every conceivable amenity and convenience, making it a standout experience. The full-sized, fully equipped kitchen, the luxurious bedding, and the array of entertainment options, coupled with a prime location near Atlanta's top attractions, set a high bar for hospitality.

The staff across all departments, security, front desk, valet, and housekeeping, were consistently pleasant, contributing significantly to the overall positive atmosphere of our stay. Even the challenge of valet parking costs couldn't detract from the excellence of our experience. Our hosts, Brad and Sarah, were attentive and helpful, ensuring our stay was seamless and enjoyable. This initial experience left us with high expectations for our future visits.

Returning in March 2024, we found the check-in process smooth, and our one-bedroom suite was once again beautiful, equipped with all the amenities to make our stay comfortable. However, we encountered a minor issue with the AC making a noise, which initially disrupted our sleep. The response from the hotel staff, particularly Katherine at the front desk, was swift and considerate. Maintenance attended to our concern immediately, and when the issue couldn't be resolved on the spot, arrangements were made without hesitation to move us to another suite.

This proactive approach to guest comfort exemplified the exceptional service standard of Club Wyndham Atlanta. Our new suite was not just a resolution to the problem but an upgrade to a more spacious accommodation with stunning glass windows surrounding the living room, offering a spectacular view of the Ferris wheel. This suite was so expansive and well-appointed that it felt like a place one could happily live in.

Our gratitude extends to Brad and Sarah for their unwavering hospitality and to the amazing staff at Club Wyndham for making both our stays memorable. We are already looking forward to securing reservations for July and the following January, hopeful for more unforgettable experiences at Club Wyndham Atlanta. The professionalism, kindness, and quality of service here have truly set a benchmark for what a 5-star stay should be.
